The Culebra cigar originated in the Fuente Family Factory during the late-1990's solely as a Dominican cigar industry creation. Culebras soon found their way into the U.S. territory by the Master Roller Franklin Pichardo who has recreated the work of art with three different blends and wrap with a combination of the finest tobacco leaves from the Dominican Republic & Nicaragua.
